The Red Sox won last night!
Now the American League Championship Series is tied 3 to 3.
Whoever wins tonight goes to the World Series.
That'll be the Red Sox!!!
I'll be cheering for them again tonight.

Writer's Block: Forbidden Reading

[Error: unknown template qotd]I didn't really have this problem until Jackie began corrupting me with romance novels rather recently. At this point, though, I'm not sure it even counts as hiding it, because I live in a dorm now and I'm legally an adult. Whatever.

I remember the Harry Potter fiasco that went down while I was in grammar and high school. At least one friend was told by her mother that she couldn't read them anymore and she had to secretly borrow them from someone else. . . . Thankfully, my mom was totally okay with Harry Potter. She read them herself. At first she insisted on reading them before we did (well, after we read number one in fourth grade), but later on she just let us go with it and she'd read them after Matt read them after I read them (because they were always my books).
