One rule.  You must actually comment (or PM me, that's okay too) if you want me to add you.  I need to know that we have something in common, and I don't always have the time to search someone else's profile for commonalities.  You want to be my friend -- COMMENT or PM.
Thanks!

~ breakfast, hopefully (depends on if our sucky cafeteria is open)
~ Astronomy final for three hours (of which I will use at least two)
~ packing
~ studying for the possibility of getting a new permit (because Dad will probably make me get it while we're there tomorrow)
~ studying for my Islam exam some more
~ Islam exam for a couple hours (it'll take me one tops)
~ pack/study some more
~ work on Philosophy final
~ watch Bones (Stewie of Family Guy is making an appearance, so to remember the characters on Bones would be great ... lol)
~ watch the beginning of SPN (because I am only patient when it comes to some things)
~ go home and sleep

Oh, I fell asleep in Shanique's room last night while watching "Are You There God ..." and she didn't wake me.  So, when my pre-set cell phone alarm went off, I was still in my jeans and T-shirt (and bra, obviously ... ugh).  I was curled up into a little ball in one corner of her bed, a tiny blanket wrapped around me, head resting on one of those straight-back reading pillows oriented toward the dark screen of her laptop.  I wonder how many episodes she watched last night.

So, for the UN trip I need a license or passport or state ID.  As it stands, I have none of these.  So I have to go home and get a MA state ID.
Called mom to figure out when I can do this, seeing as I have frickin' finals and then leadership training and the DMV isn't open on Saturdays.  And she planned it out and called me back.  I get to go home tomorrow night (after my two exams).  My dad's gonna be pissed and he's gonna play the you-should-have-gotten-your-frickin'-license card.  I don't think I'm in the mood for that right now, particularly after two exams.
However, here's the kicker: they're picking me up in the middle of SPN!  So I have to miss it this week!  When I've been building myself up to it and worrying about my poor poor puppy.  When I've gotten Shanique to the point where she can watch it with me.  I can't watch it when it airs.
If that's not enough, I'll be on a frickin' train during the finale!
I am one frickin' pissed off fangirl!

In other news, astronomy studying is going really slowly.  Why do I love a subject until suddenly I have to actually remember everything?  This is a lot of stuff to cram into one brain.  One frickin' pissed off brain.

Yes, I did just go through the past three hours feeling like it was Thursday and SPN would be on tonight and my family would be here tomorrow.

No, of course this is not the case.  Which might be a good thing, seeing as I have two finals on Thursday.  But SPN and family being closer was a nice thing.  Ugh.
Apparently 9 SPN's in a day is enough.  Because we both gave up in the middle of "Ghostfacers" and fell asleep, setting alarms for when the ep would end.  Then "Long Distance Call" started and I was like "Shanique, this is a boring-as-Hell, useless ep.  I'm going to bed."  And she took the disc out and put it away and said we'd start with "Time Is on My Side" after lunch today.  Lol.

Yep, SPN was my entire life yesterday.  Now I get to study for astronomy WHILE SPN is my entire life today.  Except there has to be an hour break tonight for Lie to Me.  Lol.

*.*.*.*.*.*

Bloody, I love crazy people.  Seriously.  I wanna be crazy.  I want to be some really psycho person.  I'm not really sure on where or when or why or what you'd have to do with it.  All I know is I wanna be crazy.

As if seven episodes of Supernatural isn't enough in one day, I'm going to return to Shanique's room in a few and watch ... the rest of season 3?
Yeah, she was on 3.04 ("Sin City") this morning.  She's on 3.11 ("Mystery Spot") now.  And she really does want to watch the rest of the season.  And I'll probably stay there and do the same.  Lol.
Honestly, though, I did fall asleep towards the beginning of 3.10 ("Dream a Little Dream of Me"), but that was a nice nap, let me tell you.  When I woke up, it was just in time for "demon-Dean" and Dean to have their little showdown.  Lol.
You'd think seven episodes would be an overload and I wouldn't want to keep going.  Think again.  Lol.
It's the end of the semester.  I have finals in a couple of days.  I'm done with classes.  I'm living it up with chocolate and soda and SPN with Ebony.  Hehe.  XD

Other than that, I've not done much with my life today.  I studied for Islam with Nancy, so I'm ready for one of my finals now.  Tomorrow (while watching season 4 of SPN with Shanique) I get to study for astronomy.  Thursday are the astronomy and islam tests, followed by SPN!!!  (Possibly with Shanique again.)  Friday is work-on-philosophy-take-home day until Mom, Dad, and Matt come to get me for dinner and Star Trek!!!  So exciting!

I think I want to watch a Family Guy.  It's usually on TV around 11.  Maybe I'll watch it then.  (If I'm not with Shanique watching more SPN.)  Lol.

Three in-class finals and one take-home final.  Leadership training.  UN trip.
But no more classes!

So, I'm working on putting up a new layout (from khalls_stuff).  Which is why I can't read my f-list today.  Because entries are hiding under my header image.  UGH!
However, I did FINALLY figure out how to put the header image up!  YAY!

Edit (5:19 PM): Okay, so it looks GREAT in Firefox (which I had to download today just to see that it looks great in Firefox).
I don't know what's wrong with Internet Explorer, but it seems to suck comparatively.

Anyway, I thought I'd post about the movie I saw last night.

I love Tigger.  I have always loved Tigger.  But when Tigger scores me a $30 check, I love him even more.

Yep, Madi did her homework (while I read Inkspell) and then we watched The Tigger Movie while she ate her dinner.  Simple, easy, bouncy.

I totally just wasted a lot of time setting up a mood theme (made by [livejournal.com profile] insanityy ). YAY!

There has got to be an easier way to put up a custom mood theme! I do not want to sit there and copy and paste all of the links and the sizes and shiz . . . so how else do I do it? I know I used one a while back, but I don't remember how!

Okay, I'm considering getting highlights the next time I get my hair trimmed and re-layered (sometime before Thanksgiving, hopefully).
I haven't totally settled on it, but I am seriously considering it. Because I no longer like my hair.
I will not, however, dye it. Because that would not be cool.

Only problem, I do not know of any good salons around here. Since I have no car or license, it has to be someplace within walking distance or someplace I can get a ride to. Ugh.

Now I know what I am doing with all of my free time over Winter Break!
I'm knitting! Woohoo!

Lol. Yeah, I'm totally gonna do it! Because I'm just cool like that. And I honestly can't wait!

Oh, random edit, I know, but why the hell would CT and MA have a TORNADO WATCH?! Tornados are less common than earthquakes out here, aren't they?

So, I'm hopefully gonna introduce a friend to SPN tonight.
I'll have about 15 minutes before the episode to catch her up on 3 and a quarter seasons.
Anything I HAVE to make sure I mention, you think?

I SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE LOOKING FOR IT AGAIN. I THOUGHT LISTENING TO IT AGAIN WOULD GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD, LIKE WITH ANY OTHER SONG, BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK!

AND NOW I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ENGLISH TOPIC, BECAUSE MY PAPER IS SHAPING OUT TO BE 2 PARAGRAPHS INSTEAD OF 3 PAGES. UGH! NOW I KINDA WISH I'D LISTENED IN CLASS SO I'D KNOW WHAT NOT TO WRITE ABOUT. LOL.

And I definitely just realized that I wrote all of that in Caps and don't feel like fixing it. Lol.

2,610 of 50,000 . . . 5.2% done.

I am going to try really hard to crank out another 2,500 words today because Monday (tomorrow) is my busiest day of the week.
However, I have a Religion paper and presentation to do before noon today and an Art presentation to put together before 11 tomorrow and an FYS paper to write so I can send it for revision; so, chances are I won't reach that goal.

Also, I swear I will post about the MetMoA as soon as I get a spare minute.

Okay, they're dressing up for Halloween down the hall.
Apparently, tonight is the Halloween party, even though tomorrow is Halloween (and Friday!).

Anywho, this, of course, sparks my yearly "I hate Halloween" mood.

I did it up when I was a kid because I didn't know any better.
But now, it's simply ridiculous.
You make yourself look like a fool and go around begging random people for candy -- even though you clearly have some at home.
I love candy, but is it worth this?
I love the horror surrounding Halloween, the myths, the scares.
I hate the evil teenagers who smash pumpkins and egg cars and throw toilet paper.
And the college students who use it as an excuse to get drunk the night before and sleep through Halloween classes.
And the repetition of the phrase "Trick or treat" really gets on my nerves.

So, yeah, I'm done ranting about Halloween.
And no, I do not have a costume.
And I don't plan to.
Ever.
Again.

The Halloween lunch wasn't very cool. It was dark and smokey and not scary and I hate Halloween. However, they did play Halloween music, so we got "Monster Mash," the "Ghostbusters" theme, and "Bad Moon Rising" (not the CCR version, though).
Yeah, I'll plan to skip that lunch next year.

Anywho, I found nanowrimo.org/ today and joined with Meam. Everyone else should try it, too. I know, there isn't enough time, but Meam and I are just as busy and still gonna try. Lol.

I can't wait for Saturday's trip to the Metropolitan! Woohoo!!
