Okay, I'm considering getting highlights the next time I get my hair trimmed and re-layered (sometime before Thanksgiving, hopefully).
I haven't totally settled on it, but I am seriously considering it. Because I no longer like my hair.
I will not, however, dye it. Because that would not be cool.
Only problem, I do not know of any good salons around here. Since I have no car or license, it has to be someplace within walking distance or someplace I can get a ride to. Ugh.

Also, highlights can come out looking quite like shit if the hairdresser doesn't know exactly what she's doing. Completely unnatural, and more like streaks.
I'm not sure how well it works, but what if you bought that Radient Red shampoo from John Freida, or something like it? My sister used the blonde one, and it made her hair supah blonde.
